Well, we’re packed to the steels on the first race of the season!

The 2024/2025 SGDC Winter Whoop Series format is pretty much what we normally run!

20 pilots seeding 5 heats of 4 pilots:
Qualifying: Single Fastest 3 Consecutive Laps

Finals: “Triple Mains for All” 4 pilots per letter main (A through E)
3 Races awarding 10 points for first position, 6 points for second, 3 points for third & a single point for fourth position.
We’ve moved to 10 – 6 – 3 – 1 to avoid tiebreakers as we had quite a few last year!
If a tiebreaker occurs, it will be “total laps/time” from the 3 mains races.

Series races will be on MultiGP. Like last year, you will be able to drop your worst result or have an event you couldn’t fly in impact your season as we know its hard to attend the whole season – Things can & usually do happen…

The points distribution will be the same as the last couple of years with the season table available on the website
